What is Mobile Banking?

Asian Bank always puts the power of banking in your hands. You can access your account information, transfer money, and even pay bills. All you need is a web-enabled phone. Depending on your phone capabilities and banking needs, you can use the mobile app or browser on your mobile device to access eBanking services. You can do it all for FREE.

How do I sign up for Mobile Banking?

If you are a current Online/Mobile Banking customer, simply download the Mobile App and login with your current Username and Password.

If you are not a current Mobile Banking customer, simply download the Mobile App, click ‘New User’ and complete the enrollment process.

Mobile Deposit

Things to know before you begin:

  • Endorse your check with “Mobile Deposit to Asian Bank Only” and then sign your name.
  • You may deposit multiple checks at a time.
  • Checks drawn on non-US Banks cannot be deposited using Mobile Deposit.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your successful deposit.
  • Funds from Mobile Deposits will not be seen in your account until after posting to your account that night.
  • All deposits made after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • All deposits are subject to review and approval by the bank. Holds may be placed on individual deposits according to our Reg CC policy.
  • Daily deposit limit applies (per Login ID).

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Payment

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) payments is a mechanism through which the user can transfer funds from his bank account to another individual’s account via the internet or a mobile device.

    How to add a Payee:
    1. Log into Online Banking.
    2. Select “Move Money”
    3. Click on the “+” sign next to My Payees.
    4. Select “Person to Person” on the Add New Payee screen and enter the Payee information.
    5. Choose one of the three setup options:
    a) Enter Payee’s email and an email will be sent to payee asking them to enter their debit card info.
    b) Enter Payee’s phone number to send them a text asking them to enter their debit card info.
    c) Enter Payee’s debit card number and expiration date directly within the app.

Once all required info is entered by the recipient, you are ready to send money by going to New Transaction and choose the newly created Payee from the Recipient list. You do have an option to choose how the Payee is notified of the payment.

Online Banking


What is Online Banking?

Online Banking allows you to use your current Internet connection to conduct your personal or small business banking transactions online from your home or business.

What can Online Banking do?

For all of your eligible Asian Bank accounts, you can:

  • View checking, savings, and loan account balances.
  • View transaction history for your current and previous statement.
  • Set up one-time or regularly scheduled funds transfers between your Asian Bank accounts.
  • Connect securely to Online Banking
  • Sign up for paperless eStatements
  • Sign up for bill pay services (fees may apply)
    • Pay bills online
    • External bank to bank transfers
    • P2P – person to person money transfer using email or a cell phone number

How much does Online Banking cost?

Online Banking is available to all Asian Bank customers at no cost.*

 

How do I sign up for Online Banking?

Customers with accounts at Asian Bank may sign up for Online Banking by going to Apply Now and selecting Business or Personal accounts. Customer with personal accounts can sign up online by completing the First Time User Authentication. Business customers need to complete, sign and return the provided application on the sign up page. You may also sign up by visiting one of our branches.

External Transfers


Asian Bank gives you the convenience of transferring money between your Asian Bank account and accounts at other United States Financial Institutions. Transfers can be completed both in Online Banking and Mobile Banking.

Enrollment Instruction:
1. Log into your Asian Bank Online Banking account
2. Select Move Money
3. Select New Transaction
4. Select Add Payee
5. Select External Account

Things You need to Know before you begin

  • External Transfers can only be linked from Checking Account.
  • All External Accounts must be in your name or co-owner’s name on your Asian Bank account.
  • No fee for using external transfer.
  • Outbound Transfer Limit —————————— $3,000 in transfers per day
  • Inbound Transfer Limit ——————————— $500 in transfers per day

TO SIGN UP FOR BILL PAY IN ONLINE BANKING

  1. Log into your online account and click on the ‘Bill Pay’ Tab
  2. Click the ‘Enroll Today’ button and you will be walked through the steps of setting up your payees
  3. Before the process is complete, you will be prompted to use an Out Of Band Authentication to complete the process.

Telephone Banking

Telephone Banking allows you to use your telephone to conduct your personal or small business banking transactions from your home or business 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


What can Telephone Banking do?

For all your eligible Asian Bank accounts, you can:

  • Inquire as to your checking, savings, and loan account balances.
  • Inquire on your account transaction history including checks paid and deposits.
  • Transfer funds and make payments between your Asian Bank accounts.
  • Receive current Asian Bank rate information.

 

How much does Telephone Banking cost?

Telephone Banking is available to Asian Bank customers at no cost.

How do I sign up for Telephone Banking?

Customers with accounts at Asian Bank may use Telephone Banking immediately! Just call or visit our office and we will provide you the information you need to get started.
